“Let It Rain” was written at Andy Krell’s house in Spicewood, TX. It is a song about lost love and a blues testament. W. C. Clark, “The Godfather of Austin, TX”, Gray, “Graybone” Gregson and myself wrote this song while Andy Krell cooked one of his world-renowned meals. “Let It Rain” won The W C Handy Award, “Blues song of the year” in Memphis, Tenn., and Andy Krell’s meal won The Bobby Boyd’s “Meal of the Year” award. |
